Shipping & Delivery Policy

NEDHAM BARAQ TECHNICAL CONSULTATIONS L.L.C primarily supplies professional services delivered electronically and on site — IT consultancy and management, network design, computer-systems work, technical-installations consultancy and web design.

We are not a retail store. Nothing on this website is sold as a shipped consumer product. Where hardware or licences are required for an engagement, they are procured on your behalf and delivered as described in section 5.

Depending on the engagement, services are delivered by:

• Remote delivery — configuration, monitoring, administration and support performed over secure remote access.
• On-site attendance — engineers attending your premises for surveys, installations, supervision and hands-on work.
• Electronic handover — reports, designs, diagrams, documentation, credentials and source code, delivered by secure email or a shared repository to the contact you nominate.

All digital deliverables are sent to the email address you provide on your quotation. Please make sure it is correct and can receive attachments.

Timelines are confirmed in your written quotation. As a guide, from the date the engagement starts:

• Assessments and advisory reports — 3 to 7 working days.
• Website design and build — 2 to 4 weeks.
• Network design and deployment — 1 to 3 weeks, depending on site size and hardware lead times.
• Server, cloud and email migrations — 1 to 4 weeks, scheduled around your working hours.
• Technical-installations consultancy — aligned to the fit-out programme agreed with your contractor.
• Managed-service onboarding — begins within 5 working days and completes within 2 weeks.

An engagement is treated as started on the later of: written acceptance of the quotation, receipt of the agreed deposit, and receipt of the access, information and approvals we need from you.

We serve clients throughout the United Arab Emirates. On-site visits within Dubai are included in managed agreements and in project pricing. Visits to other Emirates are quoted per trip and agreed in writing before travel. Remote services are available to clients anywhere in the UAE.

Where an engagement requires hardware — switches, access points, servers, cabling components — we procure it on your behalf from authorised UAE distributors and it is delivered as follows:

• Lead time: typically 3 to 10 working days for stocked items; special-order items are confirmed in writing before purchase.
• Delivery point: equipment is delivered to your site in the UAE, or installed directly by our engineers during scheduled works.
• Delivery charges: included in the quoted project price within Dubai; charges for other Emirates are itemised on the quotation.
• Title and risk: pass to you on delivery to your site and full payment of the corresponding invoice.
• Warranty:hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. We handle warranty claims on your behalf during an active managed agreement.

Please inspect delivered equipment on receipt and report any visible damage or shortage within 48 hours.

We notify you in writing when a deliverable is complete. You then have 7 days to review it against the agreed scope and raise anything that does not match. If we hear nothing within that period, the deliverable is deemed accepted.

Accepted project deliverables are covered by a 30-day defect-remedy period, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

If a delivery date is going to slip, we will tell you as soon as we know, with a revised date and the reason. Common causes are supplier lead times, delayed site access, pending approvals from you or your landlord, and third-party outages.

Where a delay is caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, our obligations are suspended for the duration of the event, as set out in the force-majeure clause of our Terms & Conditions.

If our engineers attend your site at a scheduled time and cannot carry out the work because access, power or a required approval is unavailable, we may charge a call-out fee for the wasted visit. It is stated in your quotation and we will always warn you before charging it.
