Are you a licensed company in the UAE?
Yes. NEDHAM BARAQ TECHNICAL CONSULTATIONS L.L.C holds commercial licence No. 1398034 issued by the Government of Dubai — Department of Economy and Tourism, and is a member of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry under membership No. 555276. Our commercial register number is 2770192.
What exactly are you licensed to provide?
Five activities: Technical Installations Consultancies, Information Technology Consultants, Computer Systems Consultancies, Network Consultancies, and Web-Design. We scope every engagement inside those activities.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Yes. We serve clients across all seven Emirates. On-site visits within Dubai are included in managed agreements; visits to other Emirates are quoted per trip and agreed in advance.
How do you charge, and in which currency?
All pricing is in UAE Dirhams (AED), exclusive of 5% VAT unless a quotation states otherwise. Monthly agreements are billed in advance; project work is split 50% on signature and 50% on acceptance.
How can I pay?
By Visa or Mastercard through our online payment page, by bank transfer to our UAE corporate account, or in cash at our office. A tax invoice is issued for every payment.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Managed agreements run month to month after an initial three-month term, with 30 days' written notice to cancel. Project work has no ongoing commitment at all.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the work?
Raise it in writing within 7 days and we will re-perform the work at no cost. If we still cannot meet the agreed scope, our Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out how a refund is calculated and paid.
How quickly can you start?
A discovery call is usually available within one working day. Most project engagements begin within five working days of a signed scope, and managed agreements can be onboarded inside two weeks.
