NEDHAM BARAQ TECHNICAL CONSULTATIONS L.L.C was established in Dubai in 2024 to give UAE businesses a technology partner that is accountable in writing — licensed, contracted and documented.
Technology that behaves predictably
Nedham Baraq — نظام براق— means “brilliant system”. That is the whole brief. Most of the IT trouble we are called in to fix is not exotic: it is a network that was never designed, a backup nobody ever restored from, a server room that was an afterthought during the fit-out, or a set of passwords only one departed employee ever knew.
We are a technical consultancy licensed by the Government of Dubai — Department of Economy and Tourism under commercial licence No. 1398034, and a member of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce & Industry under membership No. 555276. The company is a single-owner L.L.C with a share capital of AED 100,000, wholly owned and managed by Hedi Fryad Maarouf Hadad.
We work with owner-managed and mid-sized businesses across the Emirates: the companies large enough to depend completely on their systems, but not large enough to justify a full in-house IT department. For them we act as that department — under a written agreement, with defined response times and a service review every quarter.
Engagements start with an assessment, not a sales pitch. If the right answer is a small fix rather than a monthly agreement, we will say so.
